SPRING YOGA SERIES WITH Courtney Berthelsen

Over the course of 5-weeks you will practice sequencing, alignment, relaxation, deep stretching and meditation within a serene, heated space at Stone Bank Farm. This small group setting will be equipped with mats, bolsters, blocks and straps to meet your individual needs.

Wednesdays, April 1st - April 29th from 9-10am.
Limited to 12 participants.

Cooking Class with betty holloway

Cook Once, Eat All Week: January 24th from 11:30-1pm
In effort to eat seasonally and avoid food waste in your kitchen, Betty will demonstrate three recipes that can be recreated with similar ingredients! 

Cook once and transform shredded pork, kale, sweet potatoes and veggies into:
- Jerk Pork Stuffed Sweet Potatoes with Mango Kale Slaw
- Honey Garlic Pork Skillet with Veggies
- Sweet Potato Tamale Pie

Cost is $40/per person (limit to 40 people).
