Sustainability means different things to different people, and to us it all starts with the soil. The Stone Bank Farm Market gardens reflect a dedication to the use of organic practices to grow vegetables, herbs, and flowers without toxic chemical pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, or genetically modified seeds. By nurturing healthy soil, we are able to produce nutrient-dense food and protect our native pollinators.

Located in Marathon County, Wisconsin, Zaiger’s Clover Meadows is an 86-acre dairy farm that consists of 39 cows. Owner Joseph Zaiger does not operate a standard dairy farm: he is proudly producing a special type of milk with cows that are grass-fed. These cows are not treated with growth hormones or antibiotics and are A-1 free. The cows are not the product of genetic modification, but rather an intentional process of breeding cows with this desired trait.
