Read a note from Ms. Danika to families below:

Dear Families,

I am so excited to begin the journey as the Kinder Garden teacher at Stone Bank Farm!  I received my teaching license from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and my Masters of Education from Concordia University.  I currently run all of the children’s education programs on the farm and have over 17 years of teaching experience.

I believe children learn best by doing and experimenting.  Our classroom will be in the outdoors where children will be free to explore their own world.  We will have new adventures every day depending on what Mother Nature offers to us in the gardens, fields, and forest on the farm.

I reside with my family in the Stone Bank area of Oconomowoc in a 108-year-old farm house.  We have chickens, a vegetable garden, and beautiful sunsets. My family loves to camp, cook, read, and be creative.  I look forward to getting to know each and every one of you further!

Warmly,

Ms. Danika
